Yeah!
My NEW site is finally UP and running :)
I still need to do some work on it, but now YOU can visit it!
If you have any feedback, please let me know (like spelling, gawh, I SUCK at it… or if you can’t open any links etc)
It is my SMASHING brother who made it for me :)
And also a BIG THANK YOU to al of you who texted, called, emailed and hugged me for the article in GP this Tuesday. I really had NO idea that it would be such a big article in the middle of the paper. So happy :)
THANK YOU
After my morning intervals – (yes, I am even starting to almost like them :) Join me one morning! Just send me an email and I’ll give you the info!) I am now preparing for today’s WS at MyrbergBjörn with David Regelin. Then tomorrow we’ll be at Svenska Mässan al day – Jippie!

Ready or Not?
Preparing for YOGA GAMES!
To meet the amazing teachers, my friends, my students, old and new!
Excited :)
This very minute I’m finishing my GLOBAL YOGA YIN class. Loved teaching it last year. Then, I based it on this quote:
Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are.
This year, I got something new for you. Even though it al leads to the same destination ;)
Sometimes I find it hard to go back teaching after I’ve gotten so much new input. Working with Ana Forrest always makes me feel like that. I feel like I want to deepen my teaching, make it even more grounded. But it is hard. Don’t know if my students are ready. Or perhaps is it ME? Am I ready?
We’ll see…

A weekend with Ana Forrest & Jo
MO:
It´s late Monday night. I´ve just come back from Date Night and I have an early start tomorrow.
There are so many things I want to say about this weekend´s experiences.
Ana Forrest truly was something special and I SO look forward to the next time and the next time and the next time I´ll have the chance to practice with her.
I both can and cannot understand her reputation of being a bad a**.
I think airy fairy people will be intimidated by her, wounded people will look up to her and strong people will get inspired by her.
She strikes me as being a straight talking, no bull shi**ing, humorous, incredibly warm woman who has lived to tell the tale most people could only dream of surviving.
Her own practice is breathtaking and more or less all of her principles can immediately be translated to what the Western population need to mend their bodies and heal their psyches.
Does that sound weird?
It´s not,really.
Working towards good posture, an amazingly strong core, lengthening and relaxing tight spots and knotted areas, opening up to healing places with old junk stuck in them (whether physical or mental) – that´s my personal interpretation of Forrest Yoga. If I loved it, my body is infatuated. The story will continue….

I brought spring with me to London.
Unfortunately, it decided it wanted to stay and refused to travel back with me. Bummer.
